I certainly haven't been all that active around here as of late...

Basically, the story made short is that I am still dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome (more like crapal tunnel, amirite? lolol).

Anyway.

In other news - Pokemon Soul Silver = awesome. Just thought I'd say. Can't wait for the English release, 'cause dangit, I want those areas on the PokeWalker. (...Okay okay, I'll admit, I've been entertaining myself lately by playing pokemanz! ...But that doesn't change much at all!)

...And now it's back to school. Great. DOOM.

I found all of the Sailor Moon fonts except for the Japanese ones for Sailor Moon. >.<;; I'm wondering if they were custom-made, 'cause I can't seem to find that many Japanese free fonts that have curls like on the PGSM sign. Any ideas? I also need more title-ish Japanese fonts.

Grey Graphics is a foundry I used to visit when I was younger, but they mapped the kana fonts to an American keyboard... I think. Basically, you gotta learn how it's laid out because it doesn't use an IME. GREAT stuff if you're looking for just Kana.

ID font looks like it has some title fonts. Kinda. Under their free font section...

Unfortunately, good title fonts, especially like the PGSM one... I'm willing to bet were either custom or were pay fonts... Which makes me sad. v_v; I like having good fonts.

The English fonts in the shinsouban were all free fonts. That was why I was hoping that the Sailor Moon fonts were too. Haha. I spent a day and a half trying to find the English one for PGSM. (there is a PC version too).

English fonts are: Harrington (for the Inside flap where the title page is).
Apple Chancery (For the Pretty Soldier text)
Baskerville Old Style for the numbers.
Occidental (for the english PGSM font--this is the one that took a day and a half... --;; So dull. I almost died when I couldn't get it to show up the first time.)
and I found similar substitutes for the other ones. (Courier New)
The majority of the fonts that Takeuchi-sensei uses are Art Deco or Art Nouveau. She goes on about how she loves Art Nouveau. (Which is why the new Sailor Moon sign is probably Art Nouveauish)

Thanks for the links! I'll definitely hunt down the PGSM Japanese font. And if not, I'll figure some hair-brained way of making it myself. O.o;;

I did find a site that listed fonts from various manga and TV shows, but they were all pay-for fonts. At least they were only 20 dollars US, but I don't have a yen bank account... soo... TT;;.
