Yay~ Niut!
I adore her outfit. The Plaid looks good, especially on the sleeves. I like how you have crisscrossing ribbons and a bow on each side of the torso part.
There are a couple of things that stand out to me. First is the shoes, they don't really be the shape of the feet, you know? I'm not sure how to fix that, aside from playing around with it.
Second is that the bows on the head, the side closest to us looks a little funny... I have a hard time explaining it, but they don't really look like the finished product of a bow attempt so much as place holders.
I think you did a great job on the hair. Platinum blonde is tricky, and you've done better here than I would on my first attempt.

yeah you know when sometimes your hand jerks back and your inking... thats kinda what happened with the shoes... making it all just a giant mess... but i figured the hands were worse and it was mainly just a doodle.
they pretty much are place holders, i just wanted it done i'm so lazy with doodle turn coloured pics.
how i did what... the moon and the star.... uh.....
i drew a moon...
then i drew a star...
then i coloured
and lowered opacity on the moon so it would kind of show through...

*bop* I meant how you coloured it. XDD The fuzzy shiney (Oh god, that's a nightmare to say out lout and try to be taken seriously!) part looks great. You did similar with the BG.

well i explained how i coloured it... or... uncoloured it... *thinks* hmm...
but yeah... i wanted to redo the moon but my eraser was at like 20% and i'm like... "eh that looks decent... ah whatever" and left it the way it was lol

This is very adorable. I really like the texture on the dress. Her arm in the frint looks a bit long for a chibi. The heads angle seems a little to forward. I love the dress design and the folds. Very cute!

yeah the arms are WAY too long >< oh well live and learn.
i think i need to learn more realistic folds but i've been practicing so hopefully that'll continue to improve.
anyways i'm glad you liek the design of the dress ^^
probably the only other image for the day, This is my original character Niut. this is again from the magical girl RP but this time i drew one of the evil henchmen...
this was mainly done as a doodle then progressed into a plaid in photoshop experiment.
Again constructive criticism is loved and i do have a Deviantart account under the same user name.
