I think I mostly used Corel Painter 9.5 on this one... maybe a little Photoshop 7.0

I'm repeating everyone else here but the water is incredible. OwO Most people struggle to make it look like real water, but this looks so natural and gorgeous. It makes me want to have a go. I love how you've painted everything as well, it looks like an oil painting. The dog/wolf looks great as well, the pose is awesome and I love the hind leg stuck in the air. Fantastic work, this is a gorgeous piece.

I really like your style.The way you paint,the way you do the whole thing.You've done a great job by drawing the things that are underwater.It gives a really floaty effects.And the wolf looks like wet..or something...But those details are amazing,just like everyone has said.You've done a great job,this piece of work is really worthy to be in a museum. It is just like perfection.
