Here's my obligatory CNY celebration pic. My Chinese Zodiac animal is Rat, so of course I had to draw this image!
This was created entirely in Adobe Illustrator CS2. I'm still not familiar with a lot of the program's functions, but working on this helped me to discover some new techniques.
I thought doing flat style would be really quick but actually it took just as long as a normal fully shaded CG ~_~'
