My little Surfing Pikachu enjoying an Apple on her Latias surfboard ^ ^

I was trying a new concept while doing this; I normally don't have the patience to color the line work, but I'm glad I did this time since it turned out really nicely.

Please don't comment to harshly on the background, I'm still learning how to paint them. This background is a lot better than past ones though.

Estimated time taken: 4.5 hours
