CGing can be such a pain sometimes but once you get the hang of it, you'll learn to love it. (I don't necessarily love it, but I don't hate it myself.) It helped me manipulate soft pastels when I was in the Community College. The trick is to put color on top of color and draw your figures with it. (much easier with tablet.)
