Cancer is a high priestess for an obscure water goddess. She is mute (not deaf), but she's highly psychic and can communicate her thoughts through telepathy as well as hear other's projections. She is also telekinetic, but she can only control it under great stress. Unfortunately, she tends to isolate herself and though she's powerful mentally, her ice attack is only mild to average in strength. It's used mainly to immobilize, much like Sailormercury's attacks. It DOES cause frost-bite though if left on enough!
