Inuyasha and Kikyo...^-^ I think this is the first time I drew them together, as a couple to be exact. ^^; Although I am not a raging fan of this pairing, I do love them together.
Le sigh, how my heart breaks for those two...

My inspiration for this piece was from Chapter 472. I was working on my homework ;-; until I went to see my sis to hear her feedback of the latest Inu episode. I had this vision after she said the next episode was about the flowers and tears of blood. X) And so ends my blurb...X]
;o; Poor Inu...That chapter was so profound. What really "killed" me was when the demon said Inu wanted to follow after Kikyo.
I feel bad for poor Kagome too....T.T Ugh, what a chapter! ;-;----------
Anyways, diverting from my "depressing" comments...;P I intended to do this pic as a speed-paint but I was spending too much time with the sketch that I then dropped the idea. ^-^; Good thing though; I haven't CG-ed anything in a while.

As for the concept of the piece, I give you Inuyasha's lines to Kagome:

12.04.09: I decided to redo the flowers and touch-up a few things. I really like the way the flowers came out, but I want to avoid drawing flowers for a while. X.X ;3
