Toradora: Even When She Said Nothing

Because it is she that I have listened to when she grumbled, or boasted. Or sometimes even when she said nothing.



The quote is from one of my most treasured books, Le Petit Prince. The little prince says this as he thinks back on the time he spent with the single rose back in his planet, and how it has made her special to him, despite all the other roses in the world.

The bond between Ryuuji and Taiga reminded me of that. It's also said that true friendship is one in which just sitting in comfortable silence feels like time well spent.
