Stick with it! Mine became my best friend for digital art. XD It took me two years though, probably because I'm slow and lame. Other people I know have gotten used to one much quicker. Good luck!

Ahh! I tried coloring with the pen tool before in Photoshop. It took forever. TAT I only found it really useful for hair shadows. Maybe I just don't know how to use it properly. XD

I usually only use the pen tool when I have to draw a really long line that I can't draw well with the tablet.
 ! Did you color that with the pen tool? I didn't know it could make fuzzy shades.
