Persona 3/4 - Chie and Yosuke silliness would probably be my favorite from P4 heehee, and Akihiko Mitsuru Shinjiro from P3, they are awesome pals
Pokemon - WOOPER.
Cave Story - Quote, Curly, mimigas, a-actually anyone is cool


Th-that's all I can think of. I like things that are generally cute, G-rated stuff, about *~*~FRIENDS~*~*~ and ~*~*HOPES AND DREAMS~*~*~ or general silliness and fun is great too!
